About 

Julia Rinaldi is a Toronto based designer and maker with a propensity for bold and playful functional objects. Primarily working with wood, Julia’s designs push natural materials into a highly proceeded artificial realm while still maintaining the visual signifiers of the object’s intended use. After establishing and operating a photography darkroom and film production lab  Julia has returned to OCADU to pursue design formally.
